We have a Clear policy in terms of Returns, Exchange and Refund.

2. Refund only when courier didn’t reach to customer or the product is damage. 
3. Always take video while opening parcel. Which will be consider as proof. 
4. Claim your return within 7 days of receiving parcel. 
5. Refund will be credited after we receive the product back in genuine condition. 
6. Refund will be initiated only when product is not used. 
7. Refund process will take 24-48 hours. 
8. Customer have to bear courier charge for returning the product. 
9. Order once placed won’t be cancelled.
10. After placing Order it take 10-15 working days duration
11. We don’t take surety (of getting damage) of outer box packing during courier
